Constructed of a heavy stainless steel housing for excellent durability. Interior liner made out of 20 gauge 18/8 stainless steel. Adcraft’s new FW-1200W food warmer will hold heated prepared food above 140°F. The temperature will be maintained when the food and inset are used with an inset cover, the correct water level is maintained, and the food is stirred regularly. NSF tested and certified.
