Payment Terms:

We accept online orders by Paypal only. We also accept Cashiers Check, Company Check for orders over $2000.00. Paypal payments can be made using the following methods. Debit cards with a credit card logo can be used. You can also transfer funds from your bank directly to Paypal.

Special Handing Orders:

If you have an order totaling $2000.00 or more and are a first time Paypal user please contact us by email to make other payment arrangements.

Small Order Fee:

All orders under $200.00 will include a handling charge of $10.00.

Freight:

All orders over $100.00 will ship free of freight charges.

Orders under $100.00 will have a flat shipping charge of $10.00 + $10.00 handling charge.

Damages or Shortages:

Must be reported to us within five business days, or assumed that orders are complete.

Return Goods Policy:

Return goods will not be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service department.
All returns must show the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on the shipping label, or they will not be accepted. Credit will not be issued for used merchandise. Product to be returned must be sent freight pre-paid, and is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
 

Backorders:

We will re-ship backorders unless otherwise directed. We will inform you of the backordered item, and the estimated ship date.

Merchandise Guarantee:

All products are 100% guaranteed. Report anything defective within ten days to receive full credit or replacement. Domestic warranties will be covered by manufacturers existing policies.
